To complete the online application form please read the directions you are given after submission very carefully. We require that you print, sign and mail or fax in the Authorization and Release Form (below) before your application will be considered. Send to fax number 916-558-3190.
At this time applications for Judicial appointments will not be accepted. Applications for these appointments will be accepted once the Governor-Elect is sworn in.
